Every woman is conscience of her thighs. Having shapely thighs is always the main goal when exercising that particular muscle. 2 . Leg lifts – Basic in practice, leg lifts are a way to trim your thighs without the pain of leaving your home. Simply lie on your back and lift your legs. If you hold your legs in the air for a moment or two, you will be able to shed the unwanted pounds in your thighs within a few weeks. Exercise takes commitment. This particular exercise is not to be played down. Do the exercise correctly and you will get results.

3. Squats – Something that we do on a daily basis is squats. Without realizing, we do about 3 sets of ten squats a day. Bending down for objects in a desk, or simply bending over to get some items out that you have forgotten, we tend to undermine this exercise. Simply put this exercise into practice and see those thighs melt away.

Having trimmed thighs is always a goal of everyone. Males even have the problem of their thighs not matching with their wants.
