Are you serious about losing weight? Well, I have some great tips to lose weight safely that I would like to share with you. But first, ask your Doctor or health professional about a reasonable goal for you based on proper diet, height, build and age, then move forward with your goal of losing weight.

Here are a few tips to lose weight safely :

• It is very important to exercise at least 30 Minutes every day. If you cannot commit to it daily, then do as much as you can, when you can. I am not talking about a strenuous workout at the gym. You can simply exercise the most natural way; a fast walk, most days of the week Walking is easy and as natural and necessary as breathing. What you are doing is trying to burn up more calories than you eat.

• Eat in moderation and control the amount of food you consume. Most of us just eat entirely too much. Even if it is the right food, eat small amounts. I understand that is from conditioning over the years by TV ads, food promotions and society in general. The question is, do you eat to live or live to eat.

• Cut calories by eating less fat and sugar. Avoid fried foods and fat filled desserts.

• Eat More Fiber-Rich Foods

• To stop a craving for your favorite rich food, eat a small portion of it occasionally. However , balance it with normal healthy food during the day.

• Avoid fad diets because they call for too much or too little of just one type of food.

Remember, tips to lose weight safely also include exercise combined with a healthy diet.
Since we know cutting calories and fat are major contributors to gaining weight, here are some Tips for Cutting Calories and Fat:

• Eat plenty of fresh vegetables, fruits, and grain products

• Replace ice cream with fat-free frozen yogurt.

• Replace sour cream with fat-free or low-fat plain yogurt

• Broil, roast, or steam foods.

I know this is a big job and can be difficult, but your life depends on losing that excess weight your body may be carrying. You can do it, but more importantly, you MUST do it. Tips to lose weight safely are a start in the right direction.
